DRAFTING

Our in-house drafting and detailing service negates the need for employing a third party. Our experienced detailers are well versed in the use of the Tekla and Strucad software that provides for a complete steel detailing service, including concrete panel detailing if required. 

FABRICATION

Our 2000 square metre workshop fitted with 4 x 10 tonne overhead cranes and the full complement of tooling ensures we are well equipped to meet our client’s various fabrication requirements. Our modern Bibra Lake facility also includes approximately 3000 square metres of lay down area as well as office/administration support.

INSTALLATION

Our AJ Rigging and Crane Hire division offers a complete structural steel and concrete panel installation service.

TRANSPORTATION

Housed within our expansive yard, our fleet of transport vehicles includes utilities, a 12 tonne flat bed truck fitted with a HIAB crane, a dual axle prime mover with two trailers and a full range of access equipment.

STAFFING

Each of our highly skilled staff members possesses extensive experience in their field of expertise to ensure every project is done right, the first time. In addition to our management and logistics teams, our fabrication team includes qualified boilermakers, welders and machine operators.

ESTIMATION

The need to satisfy budgetary requirements is a primary consideration of any project. Utilising the Faststeel estimating software, our two dedicated estimators provide an accurate estimating service that ensures our clients can confidently plan their financial requirements.
